The Batroun International Festival 2011 program has been set this year to be a very particular and versatile one; an exceptional experience satisfying all tastes and preferences. Thus, it includes several artistic and cultural activities in addition to the ‘on stage’ local and international concerts and shows. The various Festivities Events extend throughout the months of July and August and include: Sunday Festivities: Each Sunday, tourists are welcomed to enjoy Batroun, all free of charge. They will be accompanied by a special touristic guide who will assist them in discovering this magical city. Tourists can also tour the city by bikes, train, and take sea cruses to explore the city’s water front and treasures. Thursday Festivities: during the four Thursdays of the month of July, the old souk of Batroun renowned for its historical value, will host each week one of the many Batroun restaurants and clubs in a open space environment where people can indulge in a unique dining and clubbing experience under the open sky and be amused by the many shows scheduled to entertain them. |
